EC Energy LLC specializes in PCB assembly contract manufacturing, we offer complete PCB assembly services and capable of providing turn-key and partial turn-key printed circuit board assembly services.
For full turnkey, we take care of the entire process, including manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards, procurement of components (100% original), PCB Testing and continuous monitoring of quality.
Whereas for partial turnkey, the customer can provide the PCBs and certain components, and the remaining parts will be handled by us.

1. Fully automated SMT assembly line

It is used to realize high-speed, high-precision automatic placement of components. The placement machine is the main equipment in the SMT assembly line.
Dektec BM-W630 lead free reflow oven
During the reflow-soldering process boards are gradually warmed up with heated air until the soldering paste melts and the flux vaporizes, which fuses the components to the PCB. After this stage, the boards are cooled off. As the tin in the soldering paste hardens, the components become permanently affixed to the board and the SMT assembly process is completed.

Optical inspection makes sure that boards are assembled and soldered inside expected tolerances.
2. Through-hole technology assembly

Through-hole assembly refers to the process that through-hole components are soldered onto bare board by hand soldering with component leads going through drilled holes of PCB boards. The bonds created between THT components and the board are far stronger than SMT bonds, making THT the ideal choice for components that will undergo mechanical and environmental stress or high heat, such as connectors and transformers. Minimization of defects: since all processes are carried out manually, the soldering of each contact is carried out by an experienced engineer.
